What does "TW" mean?

TW stands for 'total weight'.
When you add up all of the diamonds on a piece of jewelry or in a set, it equals the total weight.
What is the difference between "Carat" and "Karat" ?

A carat (with a 'c') is the unit of measurement used to measure the weight of diamonds and other gemstones.

Karat (with a 'k') refers to the purity of gold. When referring to yellow, white or rose gold, the number of karats tells you how much metal is in a particular piece as a percentage.

For example; 10 karat gold is approximately 41.6% gold and 24 karat is 100% gold.
